EnerSavings specializes in energy management solutions for Lighting, Water, HVAC, ev charging stations and energy storage systems to help businesses reduce their GHG emissions and 3 primary utility costs – electricity, water and natural gas.

EnerSavings is run by Kevin, Navi and Frank, who head LED Lights, Grow Lights, and The Watergater Valve divisions respectively. They’ve spearheaded operations ever since its inception, and the company is now well known in various parts of Canada.

1. Kevin Lisso, VP Business Development

Kevin has always been passionate about helping business reduce operating costs and carbon footprints as he has been working in the Energy Savings sector for more than 11 years. He owned multiple businesses and was recently working as Vice President of sales and marketing with a publicly-traded company before joining EnerSavings Inc. Kevin has expertise in training, coaching, and mentoring sales teams across the globe to meet annual sales targets and goals. He uses this experience to successfully manage both the sales & marketing departments. Kevin drives business expansion and increases client value by bringing organizations together through mergers and acquisitions. Kevin firmly believes in the mantra of giving, as giving is better than receiving because giving starts the receiving process.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Guelph.

2. Navi, VP Operations & Technology

Navi has always been environmentally conscious and knew he was destined to make the earth a better place for generations to come. To pursue his calling, he obtained a power electronics degree and entered the energy management world. He is now considered an energy management specialist given his 10+ years of experience in commercial energy conservation and demand management.

Navi's responsibilities include the development and implementation of the company’s operations and technology strategies. Navi keeps up to date with industry trends in the electricity, water & natural gas sectors, which has propelled him into perfectly customizing energy management solutions for businesses across Canada to reduce their operating expenses and carbon footprints. Navi is committed to expanding EnerSavings and its offerings by developing highly customized strategies to bring organizations together through mergers and acquisitions.

Navi has received his MBA and MSc in International Business from, respectively, Vancouver Island University & University of Hertfordshire and a Power Electronics degree from the Punjab Technical University.

3. Frank Rosso, VP Finance & Accounting

Frank Rosso, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) by profession, owns multiple businesses in various parts of the GTA. MBC Distribution, which is Sylvania’s distribution channel in Ontario, is one of the many distribution companies owned by Frank. Many of Frank’s businesses include dealing with world-wide suppliers. In addition to electrical equipment, lighting solutions, and furniture, Frank imports many other consumer products from around the globe. Frank mentors several successful businesses through his CPA firm with a long-lasting relationship of over 20 years. He uses his extensive experience to successfully manage the Financing and Accounting departments. Frank has streamlined the financing process for our clients so that they can reap the benefits of our financing plans.
